If you want an extension of the legal warranty, you can add this to the order directly after you have added a product to the shopping cart.

How to report a claim
You can report damage directly in your customer account under "Report defect". The next steps for rectifying your problem will be shown there. Claims for damages during the extension period will be settled exclusively by our insurance partner bolttech Europe Agency GmbH.
