When will I get a voucher?
It’s important to us that our shop content continues to be trusted and of high quality. In this spirit, we reward vouchers somewhat randomly to make predicting or calculating their distribution impossible. That’s why you don’t get a voucher for every time you level up. This is to prevent people from taking advantage by, for example, giving fake ratings.
Our system treats all customers equally. Although higher levels equal higher voucher amounts, the levels also become increasingly difficult to reach. What’s more, we want it to be worth your while to stick to the same customer account. We can’t retroactively hand out vouchers for the levels you’ve reached so far. The customer service team has no influence on who gets a voucher.
